Oh Baby Reveal ("we", "us") is a gender reveal party app at ohbabyreveal.com and app.ohbabyreveal.com. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for Oh Baby Reveal Text Updates at join.ohbabyreveal.com and use our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We collect your name, email and mobile number so we can send the texts you chose.
- We never sell your personal information.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your text message choices: which types of texts you agreed to receive, and the date, time and page where you agreed.
- Celebration details: event names, dates, invite codes, your role, team pick, game answers and points, if you use the app.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support: messages you send us, including replies to our texts.
- Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information.
How we use it
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive.
- To run your celebration: invitations, reminders, games, the reveal and updates.
- To process purchases and answer support requests.
- To keep the service safe and improve it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check a box to agree to receive texts, we send only the types of messages you chose:
- Celebration updates: event and countdown reminders, reveal alerts, guest invite updates, purchase confirmations and support replies.
- Offers and new ideas: new party ideas, package upgrades and special offers, only if you separately agreed to marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages, solely so they can send them.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our service, and they may process your information only to provide their service to us: hosting and database, website delivery, email and text message delivery, and payments (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are subscribed or have an account, and as long as needed to provide the service, keep purchase records or meet legal obligations. When you reply STOP, we keep a record of your opt out so we do not text you again.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of optional emails with the link in the email.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@ohbabyreveal.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Oh Baby Reveal is meant for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know.
